Where are you located?
We are located in Sydney, Australia.

How are the hampers packaged?
Each hamper come in packaged in our Signature Suitcase Box and are neatly wrapped in black acid-free, non-color transfer tissue paper. White shredded crinkled paper made from recyclable material is then added to prevent any damage that may occur during transit.

Can I use my own designs?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with our customers to create the perfect gift for them so we are more than happy to create a personal customisation for you. Just contact us detailing what you would like and we will work something out!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As everything is made to order and due to the personalisation nature of our product, please allow up to 36 hours for dispatch and an extra 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your geographical location. For more information, head to our Shipping and Delivery section.

Where is my item? I have not received it yet.
If 15 business days have passed and you still have not received your item, please contact us immediately and we will find out what has happened. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan but we will try our best to solve the issue.

Is there an option for express shipping?
Yes these is. Express Shipping is $14.95 (AUD).

What happens if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. For faulty items, we are happy to offer return shipping and a full refund.
